Maria João Camacho defended her PhD thesis

  On May 29th, at the Universidade de Évora, Maria João Camacho, our PurPest EU project scholarship holder, successfully defended her PhD thesis on innovative methods for detecting plant parasitic nematodes. Her work was supervised by Maria Lurdes Inácio - NemaINIAV and Eugénia Andrade at Instituto Nacional de Investigação Agrária e Veterinária, IP (INIAV, IP). Dr. Maria João Camacho was unanimously awarded her PhD with high honors and distinction. Congratulations!!!
