Stelios Kartakis at WASS PhD day

News

PurPest publicised in the grower’s journal ‘Gartneryrket’ (Norway)

On October 10, 2024, Stelios Kartakis presented his research on Migration Extent and Potential Economic Impact of the Fall Armyworm in Europe at the Wageningen School of Social Sciences, Netherlands. His PhD progress was approved by two reviewers: Monique Mourits from the Business Economics Group and Bob Douma from the Centre for Crop Systems Analysis, both at Wageningen University & Research. The presentation also highlighted the goals and progress of the PurPest project to the scientific community.
