PurPest at the ISPM 15 workshop

PurPest publicised in the grower’s journal ‘Gartneryrket’ (Norway)

International Standards for Phytosanitary Measures (ISPM) are standards adopted by the Commission on Phytosanitary Measures and a workshop on ISPM-15 was held in Germany, from 24-25 October 2023. Representatives from 16 EU member states and the EU Commission attended the event.

First stakeholder meeting for the EU project PurPest

Industry partners, plant protection officers and interest groups discussed the use of a VOC based Sensor prototype platform (SPP) to detect and stop quarantine pests in the first stakeholder meetings for the EU project PurPest on October 25th, 2023. The first SPP model was presented in 3-D images by Damien Bazin, Chromatotec.
